inadequate air conditioning obstructed balcony

I found the air conditioning unit inadequate It only blew out warm air despite maintenance attempts The compact bathroom also showed signs of wear I noticed some grime in the shower The promised balcony view was obstructed by scaffolding. This made our stay quite frustrating

the location was acceptable. it was central enough for getting around.

The air conditioning was broken in the room, and i reported this immediately. despite promises to fix it, nothing happened during my entire stay. the room became unbearably stuffy and uncomfortable, ruining my sleep each night. The hotel didn't warn me.

we stayed in a beautiful studio for three nights. the studio was very well equipped. before we arrived, i had requested extra towels and the staff provided plenty. this.

the scaffolding blocked the balcony view we paid extra for. this was not ideal.

the location was amazing. i found the online check-in smooth, even arriving late and codes were clear. staff were friendly and helpful. everything worked really well.

the room and bathroom felt small. i was expecting more space.
